There is a rapid acceptance of personal computers as tools for learning. There is, likewise, a heightened effort on the part of the educational policy makers at upgrading the teaching-learning technology available in the classroom in the light of the explosive development in information and communication technology particularly with the advent of the internet industry. This makes imperative the establishment of realistic and essential data, regarding the computer skills of the teachers.
