he professionalization of teaching brought about by Republic Act o. 7836 in 1994 has challenged teacher educators and the teacher-train-g institutions to provide experiences that are responsive to the needs of e country. The curriculum was revised to enrich the program, specially e professional education subjects. One of these professional education subjects is Non-formal Education or Andragogy. This is in response to the accepted belief that pupils/students learn through formal, informal and non-formal or alternative forms of education. The desire of teacher-educators is to provide pre-service education students with the basic knowledge bout the Non-formal Education Program.
