It will help the school head identify the discernible factors which are associated with the attitude of teachers toward evaluation . Accordingly, the school head will be able to identify which key result areas do teacher needs assistance with or what stimulus to provide to attain high commitment performance in particular key result areas which teachers less prioritize.
