Summary: The result of this study will enable school administrators to adopt changes to improve their performance and to gain insight and deeper understanding of the practices that have a positive effect on their relationship with subordinates in their respective schools. This improvement in their superior-subordinate relationship will boost the morale of the teachers whose feeling of contentment will redound to the benefit of the school children.
