Summary: This study was limited to the perceptions on organizational commitment in terms of the three dimensions specifically the affective, continuance and normative dimensions of teachers from 16 parochial schools in Cavite. It did not look into the other concepts on commitment nor did try to explain why the teachers had such as a perception.
