Summary: The findings of the study is significant to managers or administrators whose human skills are extensive and diverse. How can a manager or administrator be effective in using these skills? He must know which skills should be employed and must understand fully well what his subordinates feel. The perceptions expressed by subordinates in this research could give an insight into what they think and feel about their administrators' methods of communicating with them, how they interact with them, and sensitivity to their needs.
