This is with the reference topic of investigation in the present work, i.e., determining the current performance of the Fourth Year High School students in Mathematics and the factors that affect their performance towards the said subject, besides knowing whether there are significant differences in the performance of the respondents when grouped based on their profile like net family income, occupation of parents and parents' educational attainment, the significant difference between the perceptions of the pilot and regular students with regards to the factors affecting their performance in Mathematics and recommendations offered to help improve the performance in Mathematics and the significant relationship between the factors and recommendations as perceived by the pilot and regular students.
