This study attempted to determine the interpersonal relationship building capabilities of students in selected public and private secondary schools in Bulacan. It covered the fourteen different interpersonal relationship building capabilities rating factor determinants which serves as evaluation criteria in determining the levels of interpersonal relationship building capabilities of the students.
