This outcomes-based education-framed course book is design to provide student-trainees with the fundamental knowledge, skills, and attributes that every student-intern should possess to transition from college to the workforce successfully. The course book also aims to allow student-trainees to connect theory learned in the classroom with practice gained in the workplace. The course book promotes reflective learning by having student-trainees evaluate concepts learned in class using the lens of their workplace experience in their field of specialization or discipline.
