Summary: The study is expected to yield important data and information relative to organizations' appraisals of themselves in terms of their leadership and decision-making competencies. Higher authorities in the organization in the organizational hierarchy will become more cognizant of who the managers of organizations are in terms of their managerial and supervisory styles and traits, their competencies in arriving at decisions and judgments, and in their tendencies to perceive ambiguous situations as desirable or as sources of threat, thus, a better understanding of their leadership as managers of organizations will emerge.
