Summary: Educational administrators today face problem about coping up with the responsibility of which they are accountable for whatever mistakes done by the subordinates (Ornstein, 1991). The criticisms could be passed through deaf ears but the deteriorating academic performance of some students should be taken into consideration. Granting that teachers are doing their best to impart knowledge and it depends now upon the students if they are faring well or not academically. But somehow, as teachers are the basic source of information (Morgan, 1990), most of the blame go back to them.
