The teacher's classroom behaviors and participation of students reflect what teachers and students feel about their educational settings. These individuals embedded in the school environment form perceptions of the school. However, the particular climate dimensions in the school are not the only relevant factors. The challenge, therefore, is to look at the interplay of these processes in order to provide information that can help educators create more effective learning as well teaching environment.
