The study has diagnostic value in its intent to identify the leadership style and behavior of administrators and the organizational climate of their schools. Variables positively related to the two dimensions of leadership style and behavior could provide a frame of reference for administrator in making decisions, establishing satisfying interpersonal relationships, and creating open, productive, and supportive school environment. The researcher believed that administrators could use the result of the study in adapting leadership style and behavior to situations peculiar to their schools.
