It was my original intention to follow soon my biography of president Manuel l. Quezon, which I published in mid-1948, with the life story of his equally patriotic wife. Dona Aurora Aragon Quezon, who had finally returned to the Philippines from the United State of America where she stayed for the duration of World War II and long after the death of her illustrious husband in 1944.
