Summary: Employment has been a chronic problem of the Philippine economy. This indicated that migration cannot be simply reduced to the general issues of employment generation and foreign exchange earning. In the Philippine, the development link between negotiation and issues of employment plans and in the Labor Code. This study hopes to find out the degree of awareness of migrant of their government's program.
