Summary: Practices of supervisors affect to large extent the reaction of teachers toward their job. High morale can be obtained if the teacher can relate harmoniously with their supervisors. Unless such a condition exists, lack of interest in the performance of the work may block the achievement of the educational objectives set for the students to achieve.
