This book is a thorough and objective presentation of Dr. Rizal's religious thought. Although the author is Protestant minister, at present teaching in the Union Theological Seminary, he makes a sincere effort to depict the religious views of Dr. Rizal without any intention to convince the reader that our national hero was a Roman Catholic or a Protestant.
