After my three books, Human Resource Training and Development (New Day Publishers, 1980), Organizing a Training Program, a Manual (New Day Publishers, 1986) and Training a Trainer (Salesiana Publishers, 1990) had been published, fellow teachers, educators, and human resource development practitioners and trainers requested me to write a book on how to become an effective teacher and trainer. Thus, the birth of this work. How to Become an Effective Teacher and Trainer is intended for individual use as well as a reference or textbook on education courses, training trainers, human resource development, and instructional techniques courses.
