Results of the study hope to highlight the administrators' competencies and serve as an eye-opener for them and other stakeholders in the examination of their roles in the school system. At a time when the Department of Education is undertaking continuing efforts in decentralizing education management, administrators, teachers, and parents should have a common understanding and shared perceptions of the roles of the school head in order to carry out school improvement activities smoothly.
