The study analyzed and evaluated the effectiveness of three different sets of materials used in teaching mathematics, namely, the conventional materials, the technological materials, and a combination of the conventional and technological materials. The objectives of this research work included: to identify, analyze and evaluate the learning materials used in teaching mathematics, to determine and compare the effectiveness of these learning materials and to make appropriate recommendations on the effective learning materials that can be adopted in the teaching of mathematics, specifically to the Junior High School students of Uno High School.
