The present study is concentrated on the determination of the assessment on the implementation of principal empowerment as perceived by the teachers in selected secondary school in Pasay City Division this School Year 2013-2014. The respondent will be the selected secondary school teachers in the Division of Pasay City. The questionnaire will be the valid research instrument to be used to identify the assessment on the implementation of principal empowerment in the said City Division.
