Summary: This research aims to determine the performance in English of the fourth year high school students as to oral communication, syntactic structuring, verbal ability and word analogy in addition to identifying the factors that affect their performances towards English subject, besides knowing whether these are significant differences in the performance of the student-respondents with respect to their socio-demographic profiles and some solutions offered by student, teacher and parent-respondents.
