It is hoped that this study on expectations or requirements for behavior of administrators in four areas given will help strengthen the role of school administrators in fostering necessary changes to maintain quality education. Roles are structured greatly by expectations, and if tasks are not perceived correctly, the results may be ineffective. On the other hand, the role may be perceived accurately yet inefficient performance could result because of lack of motivation. The findings of this study could suggest that the administrators reorient themselves about their roles.
