A collection of short articles by Levin published between 1966-79 in various British newspapers. Two of them (p. 48-56) deal with the trial against Dr. Mikhail Stern held in Vinnitsa in 1974. The trial had anti-Semitic overtones. The article "J Is for Jew" (p. 210-213) reflects on the struggle by Marcus Shloimovitz to exclude negative connotations of the word "Jew" from English dictionaries. "Unholy Passions at Oberammergau" (p. 214-217) reflects on the anti-Semitic deicide charge in the Oberammergau passion play.
