The study was significant to the field of education and that it built upon the available body of knowledge relating teacher morale and principal leadership, and important to the school system where the study was performed in order to raise thelevel of morale of teachers. To provide an in-depth look into this challenging level of education, the present study focused on selected 300 Private Non-sectarian Junior High schools (Grade 7-10) Metro Manila.
