The focus of the study was the experience of novice nurses with regard to stress when they were first assigned to hospital work. It also covered their perceptions on the early signs of work-related stress in terms of several factors , like dissatisfaction with work, loss enthusiasm and energy, fatigue, sleep disturbance and escape activities.
