Summary: This study was limited to the assessment of the grade VI pupil's attitude towards mathematics in the District of Cabuyao. The findings of the study served as researcher's bases for preparation of enhancement program that shall address the needs of mathematics teachers of the said grade VI pupils. The needed data were gathered through a survey questionnaire, from grade six pupils of Cabuyao district enrolled during the school year 2013-2014.
