This study explored the participative leadership style on the Job Satisfaction and Motivation of Teachers in the context of the selected schools in the District of Bacoor II managed by one female district supervisor and a total of three hundred forty nine teachers. Leadership in this study was referred to the leadership behavior manifested by classroom teachers.
