Summary: This study was aimed to assess the status of the workplace of the various research components namely: effective leadership and managerial practices, desirable working conditions and sound psychological-emotional atmosphere of the public elementary schools in the Division of Taguig City and Pateros. This study specifically made use of the Evaluation Model to determine the weaknesses of the program and to take corrective actions (based on the existing that) based on the perceptions of the respondents. Data and other information needed in this study were gathered mainly through questionnaires, informal interviews and observations.
