Part I. Conceptual framework for financial analysis -- Part II. Basic Analytical techniques -- Part III. Advance analytical techniques -- Part IV. A Case study.
Analyzing Financial Statements, a practical and comprehensive text, is the product of a team of experienced corporate lenders. As with any team from diverse backgrounds, there was a constant exchange of information and ideas. And while one might think that compiling a book by committee involves too many personalities, that very factor gave this book its strength and indeed its own personality. The key, of course, was working as a team and blending divergent ideas into a whole. Although writing Analyzing Financial Statements was truly a team effort, each member did play a specific role.
