This course module will give would-be teachers, parents, and caregivers of special needs children an in-depth knowledge and understanding of special education through organized lessons and activities in specific areas of teaching children with developmental disabilities. It offers both regular and special education teachers a guide on what is essential for these children, especially during this time when inclusive education is being actively promoted in our respective communities. Future educators will be able to give their outmost support and assistance to children with developmental disabilities and ensure the provision of quality, inclusive, and empowering education that these children are entitled to.
