In complying with the requirements of the new college education curriculum, the author revised this book, The art of critical thinking : logic for Filipino students, in order to build a bridge between the philosophy of man in the senior high school curriculum and the ethics subject in the general education curriculum. The author basically connects this book to the philosophy of man curriculum and the world religion curriculum of the senior high school ith the intention of developing the students towards humanistic education. With the belief that there is a need to mold the students not just intellectually but morally, the author was inspired to produce a textbook that will make the readers understand the importance of philosophy in one's life.
