Summary: This study hopes to identify the perceptions of the police in Central Police District Command to find out their awareness of their obligations and responsibilities not only to their country as a while but most specially to their community. Knowing their beliefs towards their profession and their motivation can be great help to the police administrators and officers in formulating training programs for change.
