Summary: The findings of this study would hopefully provide insights for elementary school teachers so that they may be able to improve and raise the standards of profession to set the tone for behavior which is expected of each member. Results of this study bear important implication to educational management and should be handed down to the teachers concerned for considerations to conform with the rules and conventions of the profession.
