Summary: This first book on effective teaching which I wrote was entitled Fundamentals of effective teaching , and it was published in 1972. This was followed by Principles and Methods of effective teaching, published in 1988. This two books may be considered as the first and second editions, respectively. The present book, entitled Effective Teaching, may therefore be considered as the third edition.
