Aquino, currently based at the University of Hawaii at manoa. The new National College is pleased to release the second edition of Dr. Aquino's book, which is substantially updated with an epilogue that summarizes the development and issues in the continuing saga of the Marcos "Hidden Wealth," now entering its 13th year.
