Summary: The attitudes and perceptions of people involved in any school program greatly influence their actions in performing their tasks, thus the effectiveness of said programs is dependent upon the kind of attitudes and perceptions o the said people. It is only when the perceptions and attitudes of teachers toward a certain program are assessed and analyzed that necessary improvements and modifications become possible.
