Summary: This study is significant and useful since it will determine the present condition of mathematics classes in the Third Congressional District of the Division of Quezon. This study will of great help to the teachers and administrators in the elementary grades. It will give basis in making reforms and changes for the improvement of curriculum, instruction and assessment in mathematics teaching. The results of this the study could challenge the school administrators to design and implement a good evaluation program in Mathematics teaching.
