The findings of this study may be used to further improve not only the Smart Traffic Signal System but also the overall traffic management system in Metro Cebu. Whatever form of Innovations or modifications and other conditions identified can be adapted for similar installation in other urban or growth centers in the country; or if the performance delivery of the new signal system is found to be highly successful, it could strengthen the necessity and importance of the STSS and introduce a similar implementation of the system in other areas with worsening problems in traffic congestion.
