Summary, etc. The study covered the assessment of the MTB-MLE program implemented in the Division of Quezon. The study was limited to the identification of strengths and weaknesses of the program as assess by school heads and the teachers, teachers competence in implementing the program and using the Mother Tongue as medium of instruction in teaching, impact of the program to the pupils literacy level.
