Summary, etc. This research was conducted among the purposive samples of nine principals and one hundred thirty five teachers who were randomly selected from nine campuses of Saint Francis of Assisi College during the school year 2011-2012. The study was limited to the perceptions of to the perceptions of the principals and teachers who acted as respondents.
