Summary, etc. While the study required the determination and exploration of the factors influencing teaching professionalism of millennial educators in Division of Batangas, the result of the research were significant to the millennial teachers through self-assessment and also those involved in the education profession especially to the school leaders and administrators because it generate a foundation on how to improve professionalism of current millennial and future educators.
