520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. It has been stressed that the future of the Bureau is likely to depend more on management's performance than on many factors. However, generally, there is no standard or "best" way to manage that is applicable to every manager. Effective management requires that administrators be able to adjust to situational factors and constraints. In the information system of any organization, the major factors that must deal with by management throughout the information system life cycle are: the external environment, the internal organization and decision -making. Every situation is different, involving unique configuration of factors that make both management and information system so fascinating and challenging to study.
