We have thought it necessary that such a person get a view of the field and also of himself as a possible worker in the field. Possessing this information we believe the student or beginning administrator will be in a better position to decide whether or not such a profession is the one for him. Should he decide in the affirmative, the book can be useful in helping him plan his initial preparation for the job and for his continued professional development.
