The study was implemented in selected schools in the Division of Laguna by assessing the present status of implementation of the Information and Communication Technology in the division by identifying its problems and solutions being encountered in the implementation of the program. Such result was used to propose a training program for the teachers to enhance their skills and improve the implementation of the ICT program.
